All services begin with a mandatory "Initial Assessment".This is the start of each service, and is our priority to accomplish promptly so we can quickly provide you answers and assemble a plan. Nobody likes surprises, or misdiagnosis with their repairs- Even if a problem appears obvious, Its always beneficial for us to inspect for any unnoticed underlying problems or complexities that may lead to repeat failure.
It's our duty as professionals to take honest assessments and ensure our clients understand any concerns. We may be able to highlight certain factors that may influence a customer's ability to make wise repair decisions and save funds on vehicle ownership!

Each vehicle is unique. Some diagnostics are basic, While others may require more complex, time consuming testing. This crucial service allows us an opportunity to use our expertise to gather information necessary to form accurate estimates and responsible options tailored specifically to you.​
Our initial inspection consists of referencing your vehicles specific OEM service manual to highlight any specific maintenance needs that may be recommended based on mileage or published technical service bulletin updates. The rest of the inspection completes the following-

• Check the electronic on-board diagnostic (Obd2) data history for recorded faults. All Modules (Engine,Abs,Ect)
• Visual inspection of Powertrain, Belt Drive, Frame and mount condition.
• Check all fluid conditions and capacities.
• Four Corner Brake, Tire and Suspension check.
All findings are documented and drafted into a digital inspection.
Upon completion of the digital inspection, We will provide a copy and consultation with the customer where we provide an honest proof and assessment of our findings. Our professional staff will help ensure your understanding and work with you to draft a personalized Repair Plan, consisting of accurate cost and time estimates, as well as any other considerations or possible outcomes depending on the results of our findings.
At Overly Dedicated, we take pride in making accurate diagnostics, staying accountable to our estimates, and minimizing surprises. Building rigid plans and delivering on them!
Our professional staff keep you in control, and will never pressure you. We work to highlight real concerns, as well as demonstrate why they should be addressed. We aim to impress our clients through upstanding personal service and dependable work done right the first time, not so much our interior design skills!

​However, we're down to earth. Realistic, and aware of what we don't. We operate on experience and education.
A thorough understanding of the specific systems we work on the most help us work exceptionally efficiently.
However, the automotive world is complex. With hundreds of different vehicles built across the world, each with their own unique intricacies and technologies applied. There's a lot to keep on top of!
We focus on our strengths- North American and Diesel service specifically, although we cater to all. We always aim to grow our skills, but never directly at a client's expense.

We're confident in our technical abilities. Our technicians have built real-world experience servicing hundreds of Automotive, Heavy duty/AG vehicles, and Aircraft over the past decade and have not been defeated by a repair yet!
However, it would be dishonest and unrealistic to say some haven't put up a good battle along the way. We keep our ego in check and stay realistic, focusing on upholding honest, down-to-earth interactions with our clients. Building plans with results we can deliver on- No false hopes or underdeliveries.
We don't have to ask if we can fix it- Certainly we can. As true professionals at what we do, our question is are we equipped to provide a standard of quality we expect in an acceptable time frame? On some rare occasions, We just might not be the proper outfit for a specific job- We focus on our strengths to deliver the best results. We never use customer vehicles as "test-beds" or projects.
We're extremely involved in our industry, and network with many talented like-minded individuals! On the rare chance we don't feel properly equipped for a job, We've likely dealt with something similar at one point or another and can certainly point in the direction of where to go.
