Policies
At Overly Dedicated Automotive, We work tirelessly to provide a higher standard of service for our clients at a maximized value with absolutely no sacrifice to quality. In order to facilitate this- We depend greatly on our efficiency, and have some policies we must adhere to in order to maintain a fair, high value service for all our clients.
We are not a mobile service. All repairs (with exception of No-start Diagnostic, and Battery Replacement) must occur at our repair facility.
Overly Dedicated Automotive Ltd. fosters a mutual respect environment, We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at any time.
Any estimates approved with a net total above $1,000 will require a deposit the sum of either 50% of total balance, or total price of parts.
In order to maintain our standards of workmanship along with our great warranty, We do not install customer provided parts.
We are a private, By-appointment facility. In order to stay commited to established timelines and ensure we respect the time of all our clients fairly- We do not offer "drop-in" or "open-door" service at this time.

Get to know our staff-
Kamaya
Kamaya plays many key roles in our team. You may know her as a nice voice on the phone, but she does far more than manage our bookings. She brings years of valuable experience sourcing parts from light to heavy duty in both retail and shop settings and is always optimistic to pick up new skills. She keeps the shop dynamic moving, using her experience to stay vigilant of all potentially unforseen factors and building solid, realistic plans for success.
Kamaya grew up in Alberta on an acerage, caring for horses and she never shies away from getting dirty or working hard. She performs under pressure and despite often being busy in the office is always a great hand to have on the floor in our shop. You probably wouldnt have guessed, but shes also a talented artist in her spare time aswell!
Kamaya holds high standards, not just with her delivery, but with her care of doing whats right. She makes sure our clients are heard and taken care of. Her monumentous dedication in this industry and willingness to go above and beyond stands out! We're lucky to have her here in Saskatchewan, as a valued member of our team.
